It was while on a training trip with Flying J, as some of you may know I was a Restaurant Manager with them for a while and I would probably still be if it weren't for this one thing: "SALARY meant SLAVERY"...LOL! OH and plus the fact they sent to Southern Idaho in the Winter! Let me tell you SO. ID in the winter really SUCKS!!! Big ones!!! But besides all of that, the good things were I met some very nice people and saw some wonderful sights.
On this trip, along with all the time learning the new menu that was about to launch and the testing!!! We did get to have an evening out... it was great fun... we were alowed to have 2 drinks so I enjoyed my first and last Lava Flow... it was really good tasting (and I did not get high), just had a wonderful time with friends laughing and telling stories. There were about 15 of us at the table. Than it was back to the motel and off to bed to wake up and start the grind all over again. I am thankful for that experience and do not reget all the stuff I learned while working for Flying J. I still think of all the wonderful people met during that time in my life and I smile!!!
